At Chreea.com, we currently offer one reliable shipping option:

All orders are shipped with full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time Estimate

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 days) + Shipping time (10–15 days)

Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local customs clearance, or courier delays.

If your order takes longer than 20 business days, please contact us — we’ll investigate and assist immediately.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees (if applicable) are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing:

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties.

These additional charges vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot control or estimate these costs — please check with your local customs office for details.

7. Delivery Problems or Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, or if tracking stops updating for more than 5 days:

  1. Contact our Support Team at sales@chreea.com
  2. We’ll open an investigation with the courier.
  3. If the package is confirmed lost or damaged, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
  4. Refund if no delivery in 45 days.

We always ensure our customers receive what they paid for.

8. Changing or Cancelling Orders

You can request changes (such as updating your address) within 12 hours after placing your order.

After this time, we may already have started processing or shipping your package, so modifications might not be possible.
